Xing Zengyi, female, Han Ethnic Group, born in Wenchang, Hainan Province, is a member of Chinese Writers Association, Director of Hainan Provincial Writers Association, member of CPPCC in Hainan Province, Deputy Director of Literature and History Committee in Hainan CPPCC, Executive Vice-president of Women Entrepreneur Social Club of Hainan General Chamber of Commerce, Director of Women Worker Committee of Hainan Entrepreneurs Association (the first) , Principal of Chinese Culture Promotion Association in Hainan Province, Visiting Professor of School of Tourism of Hainan University, Honorary President of Hainan Chorus Association and so on.
